Your responses to these simple questions will help us shape the drawing experience.
What if clarity wasn’t something you had to figure out, but something you could draw into existence?
You’ve been successful. You’ve built things, led things, created things. And still something feels unfinished. Like there is a next version of you waiting, and no amount of thinking seems to reach her.
This workshop gives you something different. This is a practice that works through your hands, your heart, and your nervous system all at once. It is rooted in neuroscience — it's called NeuroGraphica®, and it's used by thousands of people worldwide.
This workshop is for you if…
Â
You’re standing at a crossroads.
A career shift, a relationship transition, an identity that no longer fits. You sense a next chapter but can’t quite see it yet.
You’re heart-led but stuck in your head.
You know what your soul is asking. But your mind keeps interrupting with questions, objections, and an endless need to be certain first.
You’ve tried journaling, meditation, workshops.
And they’ve helped. But something is still missing. You’re ready for a practice that bypasses the thinking mind entirely.
You don’t think of yourself as an artist.
Good. This isn’t about art. This is about access. Your hands already know how to show you what your mind can’t.
What You’ll Experience in These 90 Minutes:
- Begin with a heart coherence practice to calm the mind and become more present in the process
- A mindful drawing practice to release what’s no longer serving you and receive the new
- Expand beyond logic into emotional clarity and intuitive insight
- Reconnect to your inner calm, creativity, and purpose
What You'll Take Away
-
Your personally created drawing to serve as an anchor for strengthening new neural pathways
-
Easy-to-use techniques for calming the mind and accessing clarity
-
A sense of deep connection, to yourself and others
-
Tools you can use again and again for real-life shifts
No Art Skills Needed - this process is about transformation, not artistic ability. If you can hold a marker, you can do this. The only thing required is your willingness to explore with curiosity.
Materials You’ll Need:
-
8.5" x 11" (A4) white paper 🗒️
-
A black pen and permanent marker 🖊️
-
Highlighters or colored markers (6–8 colors)
-
A quiet space to draw and reflect 🌱
⏰ Please arrive on time.
This workshop is offered as a gift.
There is no fee—your presence and genuine engagement are truly enough.
For those who feel the pull to continue, we'll share one way we can go deeper together. This workshop is complete in itself — and if more calls to you, that door will be open.
Â
Thank you for being part of this journey. 🌿
You do not need to know what you’re releasing before you come.
You do not need to have your next chapter figured out.
You only need to show up.
The rest unfolds from there.Â
About This Method
This drawing practice follows the principles of NeuroGraphica, which is a drawing method based on neuroscience, psychology and creative exploration. It goes beyond your conscious thinking and allows you to tap into the deeper layers of the subconscious mind as well as recalibrate your nervous system with respect to the topic of interest.Â

What Previous Participants Had to Say:
Alfia A.Â
"What stood out most for me was the safe and supportive energy created in the group. It allowed me to go deeper into self-reflection and get much clearer on who I want to serve. This experience was both grounding and inspiring."
Nicole R.
Wow. Mariya led us through such a beautiful, meditative process that brought me into deeper presence and alignment with myself. I can definitely see myself using this process ongoingly to expand my capacity to be with different challenges I'm confronted with in my life.
Olga L.
"Thank you, Mariya, for creating such a heartfelt and welcoming space. I was surprised at how open I felt with complete strangers — that says a lot about the energy you bring. The practice was beautifully simple and easy to follow. Immense gratitude to you!"
Carla C.
That it was very enjoyable and deep at the same time!! Very worthwhile!!!
By following the guidance IÂ could just keep going -- allowing the pen to move in the present moment :)
Katharine B.Â
This was such a gift! At the end of this session I was aware of gratitude work on a whole new level and was empowered to continue this work on my own.
Meg R.
Lean in, trust the process and let go of uncertainty and skepticism. Let your body and your mind find flow. This was the perfect tool and experience to learn how to do this.
Rebecca B.
A surprising journey into the subconscious!
Brooke T.
The workshop helps you reframe how you’re feeling and thinking about something that’s been taking a lot of your energy.
Barbara J.
I guarantee this workshop gives more than you expect. Every time.
Anna B.
Peaceful, expansive, and filled with goodness, this practice was well worth every second of time. Focused in gratitude, the beauty in it was immediate and I expect there’s more to come.
Jen N.
Coming into the session I felt curious but a little cautious about what to expect. The step by step process really came together for me and started to make a lot of sense. By the end, I was really happy I participated and would like to do this again on my own but also with friends.
Lesley M.
I really loved this entire process! It sparked so much curiosity and I loved having dedicated time and space to engage in a creative endeavor while connecting to my heart and in a space with other like minded individuals. Â This was a fantastic first workshop you put together, Mariya. You have a fantastic tone, pace and energy, so welcoming and inviting and authentic.

"I am truly honored to be holding this space for you today.
This work is deeply personal to me.
I came to it by way of engineering — years of designing high voltage power lines, learning how energy moves through complex systems, where it gets blocked, and what it takes to restore its flow. At some point I realized that everything I had learned professionally was pointing me toward a much more personal question.
How does energy move through a woman? Where does she get blocked? And what does it take to help her flow again?
That question sent me on a long path of exploration. I encountered many powerful practices along the way. But nothing has touched me quite like NeuroGraphica. Nothing has opened new ways of seeing, thinking, and creating in my own life the way this method has.
My deepest passion is connecting with heart-led women who are ready to grow, transform, and step into a truer version of themselves.
You said yes by being here. That matters more than you know.
Bring your curiosity. Bring your openness. And trust that whatever arises on your page today is exactly right.
I cannot wait to draw with you.”
Nicole Richard, Board President of Science in a Suitcase, Facilitator
"Thank you so much for being here. It means the world to me to share this experience with you - my family, my friends, and all of the incredible people in my life who consistently show up to support our mission.
I felt inspired to partner with Mariya to bring you the Neurographica method - a creative process I’ve recently fallen in love with. It has opened new ways of thinking and approaching challenges in my own life, and I’m excited to share that with you today.
Thank you for being part of this journey with us!"
In 90 minutes you will access more clarity than months of overthinking has been able to give you. And you will hold it in your own hands.
