As the year turns toward reflection and gratitude, this special workshop invites you to reconnect with what truly nourishes your life — through creativity, mindfulness, and generosity of heart.
Using the NeuroTree algorithm, we’ll draw together a Tree of Gratitude — a living symbol of growth, connection, and abundance.
100% of proceeds go directly to the non-profit Science in a Suitcase and their mission of supporting the children in Kenya. By participating, you're helping them reach their dreams through education.

This is not just a drawing exercise, but a gentle, neuroscience-based process that helps you rewire your mind toward appreciation, clarity, & calm presence.

In This Workshop, You’ll Be Guided to:

1️⃣ Realize Your Resources with Gratitude
Recognize the people, experiences, and qualities that have supported you — the roots and soil that sustain your growth.

2️⃣ Bring Heart-Centered Connection to the Present Moment
Shift from mental gratitude lists to an embodied, heartfelt sense of appreciation that calms your nervous system and opens your awareness.

3️⃣ Realize Your Possibilities from the State of Gratitude
From this centered, expansive place, begin to visualize and grow the new branches of what’s next — your dreams, intentions, and creative unfolding.

Gratitude in Action

Your participation reaches far beyond personal growth.
100% of proceeds from this workshop will go directly to Science in a Suitcase, supporting under-resourced students in Kenya who are learning robotics, creativity, and problem-solving.
By nurturing your own inner growth, you’re also planting seeds of opportunity — helping young minds discover their potential, innovate for their communities, and carry hope into their future.

Your Tree of Gratitude becomes part of a forest of change.

What You’ll Experience

  • Step-by-step drawing of the NeuroTree of Gratitude
  • Reflective prompts to deepen appreciation and awareness
  • A guided heart-coherence meditation to anchor gratitude in your body
  • Small group sharing for connection and inspiration
  • A personal artwork symbolizing your roots, your gifts, and your unfolding growth

No art skills required — just a marker, paper, and willingness to explore.

By attending, you:

  • Explore a creative, science-backed method for personal growth and clarity.
  • Support robotics programs in rural Kenya, giving children the chance to become innovators and leaders.
  • Meaningfully connect within your own self and with others.

"Thank you so much for being here. It means the world to me to share this experience with you - my family, my friends, and all of the incredible people in my life who consistently show up to support our mission.
When I co-founded Science in a Suitcase, it was with the intention of empowering under-resourced children with the tools, mindsets, and skills to see themselves as innovators, problem-solvers, and changemakers - capable of tackling the challenges their communities face.
In that same spirit, I felt inspired to partner with Mariya to bring you the Neurographica method - a creative process I’ve recently fallen in love with. It has opened new ways of thinking and approaching challenges in my own life, and I’m excited to share that with you today.
The beauty of this workshop is that it’s not only an investment in your own well-being and creativity - it’s also an investment in a child’s ability to transform their life and, in turn, their community.
Thank you for being part of this journey with us!"

"I am truly humbled and honored to be a part of this powerful event — not just to guide you through this science-based creative practice, but to be part of a journey that extends far beyond ourselves. What we create together in this space directly supports young people in Kenya, opening doors to STEM education, confidence, and a future full of possibility.
For me, this work is deeply personal. My background is in engineering, and over the years I’ve also walked a long path of personal growth and transformation. Along the way, I’ve explored many practices — yet nothing has touched me quite like NeuroGraphica®. This method has opened up new ways of seeing, thinking, and creating in my own life, and I believe it has the power to do the same for you.
My passion is connecting with other heart-led people who are ready to grow, transform, and step into their own creative potential. Today, I invite you to bring your curiosity, your openness, and your courage. Together, we’ll not only redraw the patterns in our own lives — we’ll help empower children to redraw the future of their communities.
Thank you for saying yes to being here."

"Give yourself this gift to explore beyond your logical mind. It will surprise you, not just in the class but long afterwards."

This Workshop Is NOT 🌟 This Workshop IS
A passive donation drive. A living act of philanthropy where your personal transformation fuels a child’s empowerment.
About art skills or making “pretty” drawings. About unlocking creativity and dissolving inner blocks—no art skills required.
Just another self-help exercise. A parallel journey to the robotics work happening in Kenya: your breakthroughs mirror theirs.
A quick “fix” to all of life’s challenges. A structured process that rewires patterns, opens perspective, and sustains lasting clarity.
A passive spectator experience where you can remain unseen and silent. An interactive journey—please keep your camera on to create a welcoming space, and be ready to use your mic to genuinely connect with others in small breakout groups.
A one-way transaction. A loop of empowerment: your self-discovery becomes a child’s pathway to STEM education, confidence, and leadership.

Why Gratitude, Why Now

Gratitude is not only an emotion — it’s a biological state that harmonizes your heart and brain.
It strengthens resilience, enhances creativity, and brings coherence to your thoughts and feelings.
When cultivated intentionally, gratitude becomes fertile soil for joy, clarity, and meaningful action.
This is your time to pause, breathe, and remember all that’s already blossoming within and around you.

From Rural Kenya to the World Stage

Earlier this year, a team of students from our robotics program shocked everyone by winning the National World Robot Olympiad competition. Their prize: an invitation to the World Finals in Singapore — a historic achievement for their community.

These students, many from rural schools with limited resources, have shown what’s possible when curiosity meets opportunity.

Meet Santana

This is Santana, one of the students your participation will directly support. She and her teammates are preparing to carry the Kenyan flag in Singapore — but they can only do so with our help.
✨ By joining this workshop, you’re investing in both your own growth and Santana’s journey.

Our Goal (from a series of fundraisers): $10,000

To get the team to Singapore, we are hosting a series of fundraisers to raise $10,000 to cover flights, accommodation, and competition costs for three students and two of their hard-working teachers.
Every gift helps us get closer:
  • $25 → Supports meals and daily needs during the trip
  • $50 → Helps provide new clothes for the kids to represent their community
  • $100 → Contributes to flights and travel costs
  • $250+ → Sponsors a major portion of a student’s journey
Together, we can ensure Santana and her team shine on the world stage.

What You’ll Take Away
