I used to be really good at not feeling things.
I spent years as an engineer designing and building electric transmission lines across the US. In that world, sensitivity wasn’t an asset. So I did what made sense at the time: I tucked it away. Stayed sharp. Stayed logical. Kept up.
And it worked, for a while.
But somewhere along the way, “keeping up” became “shutting down.” The emotions didn’t disappear. They just went quiet. And then one day I realized I couldn’t read myself anymore. A reaction would rise up and I genuinely didn’t know what it was or where it came from. I had become a stranger to my own inner world.
That’s a particular kind of loneliness. When you’re not just disconnected from others, but from yourself.
That woman was the beginning of HeartFlow.

Today, I’m a NeuroGraphica Instructor, HeartMath Resilience Trainer, and certified group facilitator. Which means I bring together neuroscience-informed drawing practices, heart coherence tools, and conscious facilitation into experiences that are both deeply grounding and genuinely transformative.
We don’t bypass the analytical mind here. We bring it along.
Because the women I work with are brilliant. They’ve built real things, held real responsibilities, carried real weight for others. What they’re looking for isn’t less of their sharp, capable minds. It’s a way back to the rest of themselves.

The moment of connection, clarity, or unexpected joy that happens mid-drawing, when something shifts and a woman looks up from the page with fresh eyes… that’s what I’m here for. Every time.
