Welcome to HeartFlow.Life, a website owned and operated by Mariya Navitsky. By accessing or using this site, booking a session, or participating in any offerings, including workshops, courses, or private coaching, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services

HeartFlow.life offers transformative coaching, creative workshops, and digital content based on the NeuroGraphica method. These services are intended for personal growth and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

2. Use of Site

You agree to:

• Use this website lawfully and respectfully.
• Not copy, redistribute, or use any materials without permission.
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website or services.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials, including visuals, PDFs, course videos, workshop content, downloads, and illustrations, are the intellectual property of HeartFlow.Life or licensed third parties. You may not:

• Reproduce, sell, or share materials for commercial purposes.
• Modify or republish content without written consent.

You are welcome to use provided materials for your personal transformation journey only.

4. Coaching and Workshop Disclaimer

By enrolling in a workshop or coaching session, you understand that:

• Coaching is a collaborative process and not therapy or medical treatment.
• Your transformation is your own responsibility, and results are not guaranteed.
• The tools provided are supportive and not prescriptive.

5. Payment and Cancellation

• All purchases (coaching packages, sessions, courses) are final unless otherwise stated.
• For 1:1 coaching, rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Missed appointments without notice may be considered completed.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this work, delivered through live, experiential sessions, coaching, and digital content, all sales are final. No refunds are provided unless clearly stated in a specific promotional offer or in writing.

We ask that you commit to this experience with clarity and intention. If you're unsure whether this work is right for you, please reach out with your questions or consider attending a free introductory workshop before enrolling in a paid offering.

In the rare case of a technical issue or scheduling conflict that prevents your participation, we will do our best to offer a suitable alternative or reschedule at our discretion.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

HeartFlow handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

• Personal information may be used to communicate with you, schedule and deliver services, administer purchases and registrations, prepare and improve workshops and programs, provide requested resources, maintain appropriate records, and fulfill applicable legal obligations.

• HeartFlow may use trusted service providers and private AI-assisted tools to help store, organize, summarize, or analyze information on HeartFlow’s behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy.

• When an organization sponsors a workshop, HeartFlow may provide that organization with aggregated or de-identified findings. Participants’ names, email addresses, and identifiable individual responses will not be shared with the sponsoring organization unless participants have been clearly informed in advance, have given separate permission where appropriate, or disclosure is required by law.

• Providing feedback as part of a workshop, session, or program does not by itself give HeartFlow permission to publish that feedback as a testimonial. HeartFlow will obtain separate permission before intentionally publishing identifiable feedback, participant experiences, photographs, artwork, or similar materials for promotional purposes.

• HeartFlow does not sell personal information.

• Private session information is handled thoughtfully and with appropriate care. Information may be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights or safety of HeartFlow or others. In group settings, participants are expected to respect one another’s privacy, but HeartFlow cannot guarantee the actions of other participants.

• You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided or contacting HeartFlow directly.

8. Community Participation

If you participate in group workshops, you agree to:

• Respect the privacy of other participants.
• Maintain kindness and confidentiality in breakout discussions.
• Refrain from unsolicited advice or judgment of others' experiences.

9. Limitation of Liability

HeartFlow.Life and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Any decisions you make based on the information provided.
• Any emotional, physical, or psychological response to workshops or coaching sessions.
• Any technical issues with the website or Zoom-based events.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
