Join me for an exclusive 2-hour online experience where I'm blending the heart-centered Neurographica method with our beloved Xchange facilitation approach. This is my first time facilitating this work in a group setting, and I'm passionate about developing this offering with feedback from fellow change makers who understand the journey.

Materials Needed:

• 8.5 x 11 white paper - it is recommended to go for a thicker format paper so that the markers wouldn't bleed through it. 
• 2 black markers - 1 mm and 2 or 3 mm. It is important to check your black markers in combination with the highlighters to make sure there is no smudging.
• Highlighters and colored pencils - at least 6-8 different colors.
