Example 1: Navigating a Leadership Transition
A mid-sized non-profit was preparing for a new executive director. Staff felt uncertain and resistant to the changes ahead. Through a facilitated Neurographica® workshop, the leadership team released limiting beliefs, clarified their shared values, and co-created a vision that blended structure with intuitive flow.
