Mariya’s “Neurographica Approach to Releasing Stress and Accessing Clarity and Creativity” was my first introduction to the NeuroGraphica method - a blend of art, psychology and neuroscience - and it blew me away. The process was magical and uniquely original, with Mariya skillfully instructing on how to draw neurolines while simultaneously cultivating space for each participant to connect to their heart, intuition and creativity. I found it very therapeutic and finished the workshop feeling renewed and energized and left with a new tool for cultivating inner awareness. No drawing experience was necessary and the container that Mariya created via her skilled facilitation, heart-centred presence and passion for this process was one that facilitated a sense of connection, belonging and wonder.
