The Algorithm for Releasing Limitations in Action: A Quick VersionÂ
Please note: the instructions below are to only be used for personal practice and may not be used to work with others people
We'll explore many algorithms on our journey together, but the Basic Algorithm is the core foundation of NeuroGraphica practice. Follow these simple steps to complete your drawing, reconnect to your clarity, and integrate your inner shift.**
Â
1. Theme - what's on your mind?
-
Choose one word that represents a current challenge or limiting belief.
-
Set a timer and write "20 Words in 2 Minutes" that come to mind in connection with this theme. Let it flow freely.
-
Briefly observe: What has this revealed to you?
2. Catharsis - emotional release or composition
-
On your page, begin with scribble-like lines (freeform, expressive, emotional).
-
This release represents emotional tension—don't overthink it.
-
Pause and observe your image, emotions, body sensations, and thoughts.
3. Conjoining - softening the conflict and calming the mind
-
Add neurolines that connect all edges and corners of your catharsis.Â
-
Gently round the corners at all intersection and soften any remaining straight lines with neurolines over them.Â
-
Observe your images, emotions, body sensations, and thoughts with respect to your theme.
4. Integration - in the world and within you
- Bring additional neurolines into the background to integrate your theme with the outside world and the society.Â
-
Add color using highlighters to your shapes to bring harmony, integration, and transformation.Â
-
Choose your colors based on intuition or refer to the color guide below.
-
Ask: What feeling or quality do I want to bring into my theme?
-
As you color, observe what is shifting inside with respect to images, emotions, body sensations, and meanings that arise. Â
5. Field Lines - support from the Universe
-
Add thick neurolines from top to bottom of your drawing.Â
-
These lines bring unity to your drawing like flowing rivers feeding everything with eternal energy, symbolizing the universal force that supports you with respect to your theme.
-
Pause and observe what has shifted within you. Remind yourself that you're always supported and guided, even when you forget about it.Â
6. Fixation - your blueprint for the perfect solution
-
Identify and illustrate a rounded fixation figure that would represent a perfect solution or insight within your mind.
-
The realization or solution might not be revealed to you fully just yet, but you're opening the gate of your subconscious mind to show that it does exist and is becoming visible to you.
-
Observe: What clarity, ideas, or understanding is being revealed to you at this stage? Big or small. How does it feel in your body and emotions?
7. Style & Refinement - harmonization of the nervous systemÂ
-
Refine your drawing—emphasize the beauty and visual harmony. This is an important (but often overlooked) step because it helps the brain recognize the transformation as complete and positive, anchoring the new, harmonious state into your nervous system through visual satisfaction and emotional integration.
-
Trace outer lines to create more smoothness. Enhance meaningful sections to create impact. Add shades with coloring pencils.Â
-
Notice how the image now feels different from where you began. Notice how YOUÂ feel different from where you began.Â
8. Reflection
-
Return to your original theme.
-
Again, write "20 words in 2 minutes" in association with it.
-
Compare: What has changed in your thoughts or feelings?
-
Reflect on the emotional, energetic, or intuitive shift that occurred.

The Intentional Use of Color in NeuroGraphica
In NeuroGraphica, color is more than just decoration—it’s a powerful language of transformation. Every hue you choose carries energetic meaning and communicates directly with your subconscious mind.
While there is an advanced training offered by The Psychology of Creativity Institute called NeuroColor, which dives deeply into color psychology through the lens of both the Five Chinese Elements and the chakra system, you don’t need that level of depth to begin experiencing meaningful shifts today.
For the simplicity and greatest effectiveness at your current level, we invite you to use the color system based on the ancient wisdom of the chakra energy centers—a system that has guided personal and spiritual growth for millions of people all over the globe.

How to Use Colors
Use colors intuitively❤️ (by picking whatever feels good in the moment) or with clear intention🧠—both are equally powerful. Your higher mind always knows what is being created and is actively guiding your process for your highest growth and integration.
Whether you're navigating a transition, releasing a limitation, or simply tuning into yourself more deeply—color is your ally. Trust your hand, trust your heart, and let the drawing guide you home.

❤️ Red – Grounding & Stability
Use red when you want to feel safe, supported, and anchored.
🧡 Orange – Flow & Emotional Ease
Choose orange to unlock creativity, movement, sexuality, and joy. Â
💛 Yellow – Confidence & Clarity
Yellow brings in mental focus, courage, self-worth, and self-trust.
💚 Green – Healing & Compassion
Let green support your heart. It’s a color for healing, forgiveness, and gentle integration.
🩵 Blue – Truth & Expression
Blue invites you to speak and live your truth with calm clarity.
💙 Indigo – Insight & Intuition
Indigo helps you access your inner knowing and clear perspective.
đź’ś Violet -Â Transformation & Connection
Open to possibility. Violet invites transformation and connection to higher purpose.
🩷 Pink – Compassion & Inner Nurturing
Hold yourself gently. Pink offers tenderness, emotional healing, and self-love.
🤍 White – Lightness & Letting GoÂ
White helps you release the old and trust the process.
🤎 Brown – Grounded Wisdom & Ancestral Support
Return to your roots. Brown carries the earth’s stability, ancestral memory, and embodied wisdom.
Color is the language of the soul — when words fall short, color speaks truth. Let each hue on your page become a voice of clarity, healing, and transformation.
An Invitation to Support This Work Â
Â
I can’t tell you how meaningful it is to gather in these workshops with such open-hearted, creative people. Every time we draw together, I witness how much clarity, relief, and inspiration this practice can bring—not just individually, but as a collective.
That’s why I keep these gatherings free and open. Creativity is meant to flow, and I want this space to remain accessible to those who feel called.
If you’ve found value here and want to help keep this work alive, there are a few ways to support:

Share your experience (video testimonial)
One of the most powerful ways this work can ripple outward is through your story. When others hear directly from you—about the clarity, ease, or inspiration you felt—they can imagine what might be possible for themselves too.
If you feel called, I’d be deeply grateful if you could record a short video (even 1–2 minutes is enough) sharing:
-
What challenge drew you to this work
-
A moment of clarity or insight you experienced
-
How you felt afterward
